Each of us has different dietary needs and requirements. We have chosen these with the intentions of having one avoid allergenic/inflammatory foods such as gluten (wheat), dairy, eggs, beef, and tomatoes along with additional foods which are excluded in the ClearVite diet.
Dr. Gulla will inform you, based on your personalize lab results, to either bias your particular diet plan towards a more vegetable based diet or a more protein/animal product diet.
